The four, in detail
01
Artificial turf, supplied and laid
Estate Grade 38mm as standard: four fibre heights, a straw thatch, sand-and-rubber infill and hand-seamed joins. The ground is dug out, stoned, compacted in layers and set to fall before a roll leaves the van. From £68/m².

Hedge sculpting
Yew, box, beech and hornbeam cut to a sighted line — tops levelled by string, faces battered so the base keeps its light. Twice a year on most grounds, arisings taken away the same day.

Seasonal grounds care
Edges, borders, gravel, drainage and leaf clearance on a fixed calendar, by the same crew that laid the lawn. You get the dates for the year in January. From £420 a month.

Listed grounds, golf tees, cathedral closes and gardens that must never look worked-on. Measured, costed and scheduled around your calendar, with vetted crew and discreet access arrangements.
Three days, start to finish
How an install runs
We measure, photograph, check the falls, the drainage and how a barrow gets to the back. You have a written figure the same day, valid ninety days. Free within forty miles of the yard.
The old lawn comes up and the spoil goes away the same afternoon. Then the stone base is laid and compacted in layers, not in one hopeful pass.
Falls set, edges pinned to timber or steel, membrane down and dressed. This is the day nobody photographs and the one that decides whether the lawn is still flat in year eight.
Rolls laid with the pile running to the light, joins hand-cut and glued on board, infill brushed in twice. The gates are shut behind us and you come home to it.
Price list
Supplied and laid, including base preparation on a normal garden. Difficult access, heavy clay or full drainage work is measured and quoted at the site visit rather than guessed at here.

From the yard at Marlow, site visits are free within forty miles. Beyond that we still come out — we just add the travel to the figure and tell you before we set off.
